Chicken Shack 2Go in Guthrie is an expansion plan we have been working on for a while. The Chicken Shack customers have grown to love us for our hot fresh great tasting chicken and our ability to be consistently good every time. Moving in under a huge BBQ sign inspired us to expand our smoked meats offerings to include our new BobBeeQ Sandwich and a Loaded BobBeeQ Tater.

What is one thing that makes your business great?

We pride ourselves on cooking our chicken fresh for every order. This may take us a few minutes longer, but great chicken is worth the wait. To reduce the wait time, we now have online ordering at ChickenShack2Go.com

Why is Guthrie a great community to be a part of?

Guthrie was our first choice when it came time to expand The Chicken Shack beyond RT66 and locating on I-35 gives great access for all the people that travel between Guthrie and OKC each day, as well as all the great folks that live in north Edmond. Guthrie has a strong history in Oklahoma and years from now we want to look back and tell our story of how The Chicken Shack got it’s start on historic RT66 and opened the first Chicken Shack 2Go in Historic Guthrie.

Why is your company a part of the Chamber?

The Chicken Shack is the kind of place that becomes part of it’s community and being part of the Guthrie Chamber was an obvious choice when we decided to open Chicken Shack 2Go at I-35 & Seward Rd. The Chamber gives us an easy way to get connected with the community and other businesses.

What is the last thing that made you smile?

Every day customers come in to Chicken Shack 2Go and tell us they are so glad we opened in Guthrie. They tell us they always enjoy a trip down RT66 to Luther Oklahoma, but now it is closer to get their Chicken Shack fix until the next time they want to visit old RT66.
