Submit Your 2023 Nominees

Each year, the Guthrie Chamber of Commerce recognizes businesses and individuals that have made a significant impact on our community. We are pleased to announce nominations are now open. Every business is encouraged to submit a nomination or a self-nomination – who tells your story better than yourself? Winners of each award category will be presented at our Annual Banquet on January 19, 2023.

Nominations should be made based on criteria listed under each category. Winners will be selected by the Annual Awards Selection Committee after a review of each nominee’s contributions to the community, business performance, innovative practices, growth of programs or organization, volunteer contributions to the Chamber, civic involvement, and leadership. Submit your nominations below. All recognized businesses must be current members of the Chamber and in good standing. Nominations are due by January 5th, 2023.

Citizen of the Year

A citizen in the Guthrie area involved in growing the community through their vision and leadership who demonstrated commitment to voluntary service, and displays high ethical and personal integrity.

Small Business of the Year

A business with fewer than 20 employees in the Guthrie area who experienced growth through revenue and creation of jobs, demonstrates economic support of the Guthrie area business community, offers Innovative products and services, and volunteerism of the employee base.

Business of the Year

A business in the Guthrie area that experienced growth through revenue and the creation of jobs, demonstrates economic support of the Guthrie area business community and offers innovative products and services.

Non-Profit of the Year

A 501 (C) recognized organization serving Guthrie and showing exemplary support to the community

A person who demonstrates a commitment to voluntary service, or volunteerism that results in civic, social, or economic improvement of the community that lasts over a period of time.
