Ideal Homes and Neighborhoods was founded thirty years ago and is now one of Oklahoma’s leading homebuilders. We are nationally recognized for the quality of our homes and have built more than 12,000 homes throughout central Oklahoma.

What is one thing that makes your business great?

We pride ourselves in the quality and energy efficiency of our homes, but would not be where we are today without the caring and dedicated people that make up the Ideal team.

Why is Guthrie a great community to be a part of?

We’ve been excited to be a part of Guthrie’s growth for quite some time and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to build as part of the Mission Hills neighborhood. The community aspect of Guthrie is highly attractive for us as a new home builder.

Why is your company a part of the Chamber?

As we are just entering the Guthrie market, we want to be an integral part of the business community that makes Guthrie the thriving area that it is today.

What is the last thing that made you smile?

We’re pretty partial to all of our loveable pets and one of our favorite podcast episodes highlights our best friends.
