Bozarth Home Mortgage has been in business in downtown Guthrie since 2008.

What is one thing that makes your business great?

We are woman owned & locally owned business> owner born and raised in Guthrie. We can generally offer better rates and costs on home financing than larger corporate entities. We also specialize in rural lending (USDA) and manufactured homes as well.

Why is Guthrie a great community to be a part of?

Guthrie is an amazing community to be a part of. Being in a small town makes it easy to do business face to face although with the current technologies we can also offer online options as well. We love the local support from partner companies. We also enjoy reaching into our community and making local outreach a priority.

Why is your company a part of the Chamber?

For the great opportunities to network and to get involved in community outreach.

What is the last thing that made you smile?

A family walking by our office, peering in the windows and commenting on decorations.
