Tell us about your business.

Stride Law serves a variety of clients ranging from individuals and small businesses to large corporations. We assist with business formations, litigation and arbitration, contract drafting, serious personal injury/insurance claims, and numerous other legal matters.

What brought your business to Guthrie?

Stride Law’s founding attorney, Ben McCaslin, was raised in Guthrie. He decided to bring his practice back to his hometown and serve his local community after practicing in the Oklahoma City area for nearly 10 years.

How long has your business been in operation?

Five years.

Tell us a little about the background of your business.

Too many law firms view their clients and cases as mere business transactions. Stride Law was established to challenge that mindset by delivering exceptional, client-focused legal services, with a strong emphasis on integrity, empathy and personalized attention. The firm is committed to understanding the specific needs of each client and providing the support and guidance they deserve.

What makes your business stand out from other businesses offering similar services or products?

Mr. McCaslin personally handles every legal matter the firm accepts. When you call, you speak with your attorney — not a legal assistant or paralegal who is unfamiliar with your case. We also offer financial flexibility on certain legal matters by charging flat fees or contingency fees when appropriate. When you hire Stride Law, you will never have to worry about receiving surprise bills or being “nickel and dimed” for every single second of time spent on your case.

How do you like to spend your days off?

I enjoy spending time with family and playing/watching sports. I also enjoy fishing, shooting guns, and handloading ammunitio
