Valor

Tell us about your business.

Valor Commercial, LLC is a Veteran/LE Officer-owned and operated construction company. We specialize in earthwork such as house/building pads; land contouring for drainage control; anything else dirt work, as well as concrete construction such as slabs; sidewalks; driveways; curb/gutter. We do work in both residential and commercial settings.

What is one thing that makes your business great?

It’s homegrown! I’m a Guthrie native, and although my experience in construction is derived from all over the state, Valor is true to its roots!

Why is Guthrie a great community to be a part of?

This town is so easy to call home! It’s easy to be proud of this community, being someone who was born and raised here, but to see all the new residents who are moving here and seem to love it as much as we do…that’s impactful!

Why is your company a part of the Chamber?

I’ve always known that the Chamber was where a Guthrie citizen could go to find good, reputable, businesses to provide the service they need, whatever that service may be. Those are the kind of businesses I want to be associated with, and I believe we share the same values.

"When moving to Guthrie and starting a new business, I knew I needed to find a way to get familiar with the community and businesses. Joining the Guthrie chamber of commerce was the best decision for me. I was able to meet customers, network with business owners, and find ways to volunteer and give back to the community. I absolutely love being a part of the chamber, and watching the town of Guthrie grow!"
