Pollard’s Gourmet Grocery & Gentleman Jerky is a specialty gourmet food store and artisan jerky company. We formed our company in Oklahoma September 2020 and opened our store in Guthrie, Ok on April 10, 2021.

What is one thing that makes your business great?

Jerky, Jerky, JERKY!

Why is Guthrie a great community to be a part of?

Guthrie is a great community due to one factor: THE PEOPLE. The reception from the community has been amazing and we love the fact that the people of Guthrie are so willing to try new things.

Why is your company a part of the Chamber?

We chose to be a part of the Guthrie Chamber of Commerce to be informed of the local business environment. In addition, the Chamber is a great way to meet and learn about other Guthrie area businesses.

What is the last thing that made you smile?

A customer telling us that Guthrie needed a store like ours and that they are glad we are here in Guthrie.
