We’re all about Guthrie! We live here, and we love the small-town feel and friendliness this community has to offer. The people are amazing, the city is wonderful to work with, and the economy is thriving. It’s a perfect place to grow and invest in.

What brought your business to Guthrie?

As locals ourselves, we’re passionate about keeping our business within our own community. There’s something special about doing business right where you live!

How long has your business been in operation?

We started investing in Guthrie in 2017 and have been growing ever since!

We’re dedicated to bringing old homes back to life. Our goal is to make a positive impact on our community, one house at a time. Some homes are sold to new owners, while others are rented to those who love the unique character of a restored home.

What makes your business stand out from other businesses offering similar services or products?

Our commitment is long-term. We believe in Guthrie and are here for the long haul. While others may be focused on quick profits, we prioritize quality and longevity. We’re not afraid to invest a little more to make sure the job is done right the first time, valuing the real cost over the price tag.
